My First CDA Course

Some of you might know that I have to take 4 classes to KEEP my job, since it's a govenment run program.

I have to get my CDA that's Child Development Associate.

I just finished my first class called ECED 103 (Early Childhood Education). I cried after the first Saturday Oct. 13th class it was too overwhelming to me. I cried for an hour when I got home, I was thinking how am I going to get through this in six weeks, I haven't been to school for 24 years.

Anyway I have 3 more classes to take we (there are 4 of us having to take this class where I work) we are already signed up for the next class in January. That's going to be every Monday night for 18 weeks (no spring break for us).

We had to sign a paper saying that we have to stay at our jobs for 3 years after taking all these classes or pay the school I work for back. For each class it's $300 that's $12oo altogether. So I guess I'm staying there at least until 2012-2013 year then I can quit my job if I want. I will be 46-47 years old by then.

Well I wanted to show everyone what I got in this first class.

I'm proud of myself getting this done

but it was a _i_c_ getting there.

Heather Mills won't be appearing on Donald Trump's "Celebrity Apprentice" this season. The former Mrs. McCartney reportedly wanted a guaranteed spot in the finals.

It appears Heather Mills has been “fired” before she ever set foot in Donald Trump’s boardroom.Plans for the former model-turned-activist to join the cast of NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice” went awry according to Britain’s The Sun after the ex - Mrs. Paul McCartney reportedly insisted she be guaranteed a place in the finals of the reality show.

“The network was originally very keen on getting her involved,” an NBC source reportedly told the newspaper. “They thought it would be a clever move, attracting lots of publicity for the show… But her demands were ludicrous and it soon became clear that getting her involved would be a headache.” (Msnbc.com is a joint venture between NBC Universal and Microsoft.)

The source claimed that the breaking point for “Celebrity Apprentice” producers concerned Mills’ insistence that her contract include a clause that would see her make it past boardroom elimination after boardroom elimination, all the way to the finals.

“It was the final straw when she said she wouldn’t take part unless she was a dead cert for the final — even after it was explained that wasn’t how the show worked,” the source said. “She was politely informed that NBC wouldn’t be following up their interest in her appearing.” (Hurrrray!)

A source close to the show said, they do not engage in discussions about the finals with anyone.

“There are no deals about who will make the finals,” the source said. “The show is not fixed. Trump fires whomever he wants to.”

And it appears there is no chance for Mills to join celebrity contenders for the new season.

“Yes, there were talks with Heather Mills,” the show source said. “She did not make the final list.”( ha ha he he!)

A rep for Mills was not immediately available for comment.

No get this, she has a gag order from divorcing Paul and guess what she's doing???

Mills is reportedly writing a fiction book about a woman who marries a rock star, according to the Telegraph newspaper.

Mills is under a gag order to not reveal information about her marriage to McCartney, but a source said the book would pair up people who bear similarities to the former couple

“Heather has written the treatment for a novel about a model and campaigner who marries the most famous rock star in the world,” the source told the paper. “She will be marketing the book as a work of fiction. (bull) But it doesn’t take a genius to realize what is really behind this book (DUH) — the thing that infuriated her the most about the divorce was that she was gagged from ever telling her side of the marriage.”

It will be a season of surprises in what promises to be the biggest and most demanding season ever as thirteen celebrities take the ballroom floor on the hit series Dancing with the Stars, which returns with a three-night premiere event, MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 22 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on ABC. Each week, all new surprises and twists await viewers. Season seven marks the largest cast assembled to date, the oldest and youngest competitors ever, and includes two Olympic Gold medallists, a Grammy®-winning singer, a television legend, an Oscar® winner, and a Super Bowl champion. Additionally, all four professional dancers who've previously tasted the thrill of victory return to compete against one another for bragging rights. Can one of them reclaim the mirror ball trophy?

For the first time ever, all thirteen teams must prepare two routines for the first week of competition, one of which they'll perform on Monday night. The judges will score the performances on Monday while the viewers cast their votes for their favorites. Only twelve will have the chance to showcase their second dance on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23 (9:00-10:0 p.m., ET). In dramatic style on Tuesday's show, one couple will be eliminated as the remaining contestants perform their second dance of the season. The judges will score the dances on Tuesday and the viewers will once again cast their votes before a second duo is dismissed WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET).

LANCE BASS -
Lance Bass has sold over 50 million records as a member of the phenomenally successful pop group *NSYNC. He also executive produced and starred in a number of film and television projects. In 2002 he successfully trained to be a cosmonaut at Russia's Star City and was certified by both the Russian Space Program and NASA for a mission aboard a Soyuz capsule. Lance has also released his memoir, Out of Sync, for Simon Spotlight Entertainment. The 2006 U.S. Youth Latin Champ and 2007 World Swing Dance Champ, and direct from “So You Think You Can Dance 3.” Lacey Schwimmer teams up with Lance to make her series debut.


TONI BRAXTON - The winner of six Grammy Awards, Toni Braxton is a Billboard chart-topping singer and actress, selling over forty million records worldwide. Her U.S. number-one hit Un-Break My Heart is the second biggest single by a female artist in history. She has also appeared in two Disney Broadway shows: Beauty and the Beast and Aida. Dancing with the Stars marks her return to the spotlight after a six-month health hiatus. She teams up with season one champion, Alec Mazo, who returns for his fourth season.

BROOKE BURKE - A host, actress, entrepreneur and celebrity mom, Brooke Burke has truly done it all. She has graced numerous magazine covers, has her own top-selling swimsuit calendars, and is regularly ranked in men's magazines as one of the sexiest women in the world. Recognized worldwide as host of the hit travel series Wild On!, Brooke has since hosted several high profile network series, including Rock Star: INXS and Rock Star: Supernova. On the acting front, she has guest-starred on such television series as Las Vegas, Less Than Perfect, Eve, It's All Relative, The Bernie Mac Show, Monk, Rock Me Baby and That's Life. Brooke is a mother of four and recently launched her own baby store http://www.babooshbaby.com/, a site where she shares her secrets (and some products she used) to get back in shape after giving birth. Brooke teams with Derek Hough who returns for his third season.

ROCCO DISPIRITO - The James Beard Award-winning celebrity chef and author Rocco DiSpirito combines his world-class cooking with a passion for empowering home cooks. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Rocco opened the 3-star Union Pacific in New York City in 1997. In 2003 he launched Rocco's for the reality series, The Restaurant. Rocco will next appear on the A&E series, Rocco Gets Real, beginning in October, along with its companion cookbook, Rocco Gets Real: Cook at Home Every Day. He teams with Karina Smirnoff who returns for her fifth season. Karina teamed with R&B singer, Mario, last season.

MAURICE GREENE - The winner of two gold medals, in the 100m sprint and the 4x100m relay at the 2000 Sydney Summer Olympics, track star Maurice Greene was dubbed the "World's Fastest Man" during his career. In addition to being the former world record holder in the 100m sprint, and winning multiple world championships, he also won silver and bronze medals at the 2004 Athens Summer Olympics. He is the current Indoor World Record holder in the 60m at 6.39 seconds. He teams up with two-time champion, Cheryl Burke. Cheryl returns for her sixth season.

Our hatch back was bent in and a bit of crackles on the bumper.

The cop that got there first right in the middle,the guy over on the right is the guy that hit us, The guy in the white shirt by the cop is our Director of Business Affairs, The guy next to him in the in the Khaki pant is our Transportation Supervisor, The guy on the phone is our building Principal, The one with the short blond hair is the teacher that was driving and me behind her rubbing my neck I was in the front passenger, and the other blond is one of our social workers was behind me in the middle seat.
