Found out yesterday that my next class starts next Monday (every Monday) from 5 to 8 P.M. until May 4th. It will be on Health and Nutrition. 
TapeEar is taking that class now in High school and she said she would help me make up a menu for that class. I can also make one in Spanish if I wanted.
Well wish me LUCK cause I will need it.
